The hotel was clean and comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was good and there was a wide variety to choose from. The employees were friendly.
We stayed in the suite with the large tub & it was soo wonderful. The beds were very comfy, the room was HUGE, the staff was very friendly, the location was great & the free breakfast is a huge plus! They also offer free shuttle service to & from the airport! I really enjoyed my stay here. (:
Comfort in sweets, helena was the most swanky hotel i've ever stayed at. had great had great choices for restaurants around it. I'll lounge across the parking lot. Great mending, choices, a really comfortable bed..
Definitely will recommend this to others. I liked the setup. One of the better breakfast buffets. Things were kept hot and fresh. Great gravy and scrambled eggs. The staff was great to work with concerning our unique situation. Just like most hotels; I wish there was a little more insulation between floors for noise control and automatic daily cleaning.
Such a nice spacious room. I love the living room area with the couch and ottomans. The bed was so comfortable. I did not want to check out.

Great hotel, although our room (2 queens with pullout couch) was expensive. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable although it felt worn. There was even bedding in a bag for the pullout couch! Breakfast was good - waffles, yogurt, cereal, sausage, eggs, toast, biscuits and gravy, fresh oranges, and wet oatmeal. The oatmeal was terrible, but I didn’t eat it and everything else was fantastic so breakfast still gets a 5⭐ review. Except the coffee and tea. But no hotel serves drinkable coffee or tea, so this one fits right in.
This was a last minute stop after a lot ng day on the road. I enjoy Comfort Inn Hotels and found this one with good access off the highway. There staff were genuine and friendly as well as helpful with questions. There is a 24 hour grocery store you can walk to I visited as it was late and I grabbed a quick snack. Very convenient. The room was clean, the breakfast good and all amenities exceeded my expectations. This will be my first choice when I am in Helena. It was a bit higher cost than others but well worth the price.
